Refund policy

Please note that we do not accept RETURNS OR REFUNDS. However, exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and MUST include photo proof of purchase, which should be emailed to thedollhouseearmy@gmail.com .

Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same item. We do not accept exchanges for different colors or other products.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We will send you an invoice for the shipping label required to ship, and then once payment is received, we will email the shipping label to you.
